Ellen Chaillet is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Titleist Performance Institute Certified Coach, and world record holding powerlifting athlete with over 35 years of experience as a competitor, coach, and trainer. She has directed national and world power lifting events for more than three decades, serves as Principal and COO of the International Powerlifting Association, and has co-owned successful training facilities. With certifications in golf fitness, senior fitness, and functional strength, Ellen designs programs that fit each client’s goals, lifestyle, and schedule. She is dedicated to helping people of all ages lose weight, build strength, improve mobility, recover from injury, and feel healthier and more confident.
